Let Go and Let God

“The Lord is my light and my salvation-so why should I be afraid? The Lord protects me from danger-so why should I tremble?”-Psalm 27:1

Do you have doubts? Are you going through hard times? God is aware of what you are going through and cares very deeply. This Psalm was written by King David and outlines his basic faith. Though he may have been involved with war he knew where he stood with God. He knew that if he trusted God the outcome of whatever he was going through would be beneficial for him. It is important to understand that there is no such thing as an unanswered prayer. Though we may not like the answer, God knows what is best for us.

When we accept Christ we give Him our heart, but sometimes we are unwilling to give up our full life to Him. We are not guaranteed a Christian walk without problems. When Christ enters our life it can be said that Satan works twice as hard, but do not be dismayed. Trust Christ with all of your being and He will lead you from the darkness you find yourself in to the light in which He dwells.
